The Story Behind
Shishkabob Express
Shishkabob Express was established in 1994 in Dallas Texas under the name “SAHARA Restaurant and Market”. After 20 years of having a series of successes in building Middle Eastern restaurants across the United States mid-west and east-coast during the 1990’s.  Anthony, a former electrical engineer turned restaurateur, joined his friend and chef, Mohammad, to develop, study and master recipes that could taste great, nourish the body, and help prevent against modern illness. Our promise to you is that if you order from us, you will always get fresh, healthy, delicious and Halal meals.
